At Quaytickets we understand ticketing from the point of view of a service provider delivering services for over 50 clients throughout the UK and also as a provider of services to our own venue The Lowry with its 3 theatres, galleries and programme of educational workshops. Our Lowry based state of the art contact centre is based opposite MediaCityUK at the heart of a creative and commercial hub allowing us to attract staff looking for careers in entertainment venues and this commitment and enthusiasm is reflected in the level of service and customer experience we provide.

Quaytickets offers a comprehensive ticketing purchasing application, our clients have access to industry leading software to manage sales, customer care and CRM. We offer a complete managed service which includes set up of the purchasing application, continued technical support, marketing support, CRM & customer support, contact centre solutions and secure dispatch.

Ticketing Partnership

We offer ticketing partnerships to a wide range of events including festivals, exhibitions and shows as well as a variety of venues. Our ticketing partnership is designed to support our clients as an exclusive option.

Allocations

With over 200,000+ subscribers to the Quaytickets website and social media outlets we can market to a wide audience. We are able to promote allocations on our website for multiple venues, artists and promoters across numerous genres. The Quaytickets website has easy to navigate tabs with specified interests

Onsite Box Office

Whether this be a temporary or permanent box office Quaytickets is able to provide support. Our cloud based application is accessible from any device with Wi-Fi giving you the flexibility to set your own sales space anywhere.

The support we offer is flexible and scalable, we can provide staff for events that require a temporary team. If you venues has permanent facilities then we can provide remote support from a full set & support team based in The Lowry.

Contact Centre

The call centre has the capacity to handle over 1,000,000 calls per year and we use a staff intranet to ensure all information required by the telephone agents is easily accessible and where possible we encourage clients to host an event briefing with the call centre team or facilitate a site visit.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / SETUP AND SUPPORT

Once you sign with Quaytickets you’re safe in the knowledge that you have a full team supporting you and your customers every need, you will be assigned an account manager who will offer support and help grow your event. With the set up and support team you’ll also have access from the start a dedicated line open from 9:00 - 20:00. This team are able to answer an array of queries to make sure your customers continue to have an excellent service.

MARKETING
E-marketing, Social, Facebook sales

Our clients are offered a full support network from the Lowry marketing department while marketing their events. We allow our clients to take advantage of the knowledge and expertise drawn from managing our own venue.

As part of the package we can set up reports showcasing customer information and trends of booking these can be set to run automatically or ad-hoc depending on the information you’d like to receive.

Weekly newsletters, spotlight emails and promotions can be produced and distributed to our customer database.

WEBSITE INTEGRATION
White Label, Responsive Sites

With our white label and responsive site design team we are able to produce professional microsites which offer a continuity and slick customer journey. This is offered to all clients free of charge who are anticipating to sell over 10,000 tickets.

How does it work?

Quaytickets affiliate scheme allows you to link to our site and receive a commission for all ticket sale generated from your referral. There are two options you can link directly to our home page, or direct guests to specific events. We are able to track this referral via a XML feed and if the guest makes a purchase we are able to pay a commission.
