Peter is your first point of contact at QuayTickets, where he specialises in discussing our tailored ticketing solutions. As the Business Development Manager, he is committed to helping clients find the best options for their events and ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Pete & Matty are the backbone of our Unify ticketing system, handling everything from deploying new features to providing comprehensive system and hardware support along with their dedicated team of Event Set Up Agents and Specialists, Helen, Ed & Heather offering front line system support, building and managing events, seat plans, price charts, and reports. They’re committed to ensuring everything runs seamlessly for our Fully Managed and Software as a Service clients.

Owen, James, Katherine and Angela oversee the day-to-day operations of our contact centre, with a focus on efficient service and a customer-first approach, this team makes sure our clients and customers are always in good hands. Along with their team of passionate Ticket Sales Agents and Customer Care Agents, deeply routed in the Arts and Entertainment sector, ensuring that every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Zara, Menna, Katie and Izzy are dedicated to driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through tailored marketing strategies. They craft and deliver regular newsletters, solus emails, and bespoke marketing plans. With a focus on personalized outreach and innovative digital solutions, this team helps our Fully Managed clients achieve their sales goals while fostering lasting relationships with their customers.
