Taking centre stage as Head of QuayTickets, Keith Kelly leads a team of over 60 ticketing professionals across systems, customer and client services as well as the development of new services and business opportunities. Behind the scenes or in the spotlight, Keith keeps the show running smoothly.
Laura has worked for the Lowry for 8 years, starting out as a Ticket Sales Agent and progressing to our Ticketing Management Team until landing a brand new position as Customer Success Manager in 2023… and in case you hadn’t guessed, Laura’s favourite musical is Rocky Horror Picture show!
Matty joined us from the world of ticketing sports events bringing with us not only his extensive knowledge of Ticketing Systems and Operations but his passion for Theatres & Live Productions and all things Lowry, and if that’s not enough – he also works within Lowrys programming team assisting with programming the huge range of events at our home venue! If you want fun facts about Lowry, he’s your man.
Pete brings experience in live music ticketing, having supported events across a wide range of venues and audiences. A passionate music lover and piano player, he’s yet to treat the office to a piano solo – but there’s still time!
Angela made the move from the corporate world into the Arts and Theatre world that she so loves to join us, bringing with her extensive knowledge of contact centre operations and team management. If she’s on annual leave, you best believe she’s at the theatre!
Helen has been with team Lowry for over 10 years now, working in many roles both on and off the stage! She’s a talented voice actor and you may have even seen her on stage…Baby Joey in Warhorse? That was Helen!
With 8+ years in ticketing, Katie brings experience across everything from large‑scale arena shows and sport to family favourites like Peppa Pig. She leads on email marketing and data projects, and has a particular love for a good musical!
Having joined the team in 2025, Imagine is an experienced copywriter, digital marketer and social media afficionado, with experience in the digital and tourism sectors. She’s a big music person and enjoys everything from Alternative and Indie to K-Pop.
Coming from a background in fashion marketing, Izzy brings a creative flair to email marketing with a love for the arts and theatre. When she’s not building newsletters, she is probably climbing up a mountain.
Declan first came to Lowry as a kid, and now he’s back as our Digital Content Manager. He oversees digital content across Lowry’s websites, apps and wider online platforms, while also supporting QuayTickets with their digital presence.
