The call centre has the capacity to handle over 1,000,000 calls per year and we use a staff intranet to ensure all information required by the telephone agents is easily accessible and where possible we encourage clients to host an event briefing with the call centre team or facilitate a site visit.
The box office opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am till 10pm and Sunday 10am till 8pm.
Quaytickets can supply 0843/0844 numbers that are dedicated to event or venue. We can then provide reports on calls into these numbers which will give an indication of the success of a particular piece of marketing. The 08 numbers are national rates and the calls will be answered by our professional team who will handle any requirements with fast and friendly customer care and a loyalty to your brand.
