Terms & Conditions
Do you agree to the below terms and conditions?
Group reservations can be made for bookings of 10 or more.
If your chosen event is more than 6 months away, you may hold your reservation for a maximum of 12 weeks after the date of booking.
If your chosen event is within 6 months, you may hold your reservation no later than 6 weeks before your event date.
If your chosen event is within 6 weeks, we will not reserve any tickets.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with an attached invoice, detailing the breakdown of your order as well as payment information.
You may edit your reservation free of charge before your reservation deadline, as long as your tickets are unpaid.
Once paid, all tickets are non-refundable subject to The Lowry's terms and conditions: https://thelowry.com/terms-conditions
Group bookings are entitled to 1 free complimentary ticket for every 10 purchased (1 in 11 free). This offer is subject to availability and may exclude certain events/performances in our programme.
Group bookings can and may be limited to certain performances or sections of the auditorium.
