Lowry – Self-Guided Gallery Group Visit Request Form

    Please use this form to complete your Self-Guided Gallery Group Visit Request. Please answer all questions using as much detail as you can. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 5 working days after the day of submission.

    Terms & Conditions

    Do you agree to the below terms and conditions?

    • Group reservations can be made for bookings of 10 or more.

    • If your chosen date is within 1 week, we will not reserve any tickets.

    • Time slots are every 30 minutes during our opening times. There is an absolute maximum capacity of 30 heads per group per time slot.

    • If your group exceeds 30, you must stagger your entry across multiple time slots e.g. 1 group of 30 to enter at 13:00 and the second group of 30 to enter at 13:30.

    • You must notify us of any additional access requirements at the time of booking.

    • You may edit your reservation free of charge, subject to the above limitations.

    • Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-tickets attached. You must ensure you display all your e-tickets upon arrival.

    • You must notify us of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.

    Self-Guided Visits are booked automatically for a one hour slot, if you would like a longer period of time please just let us know in the box where you can give us some extra information.

    Self-Guided visits are available from 11:30-16:00 on weekdays and from 10:30-16:00 on weekends.
