Lowry – Paid Gallery Tour Request Form

    Please use this form to complete your Gallery Paid Tour Request. Please answer all questions using as much detail as you can. We will endeavour to respond to your query within 5 working days after the day of submission.

    Section 1

    Terms & Conditions

    Do you agree to the below terms and conditions?

    • Time slots are every 30 minutes during our opening times. There is an absolute maximum capacity of 20 heads per group per time slot.

    • If your group exceeds 20, we will spread your visit across multiple time slots e.g. 1 group of 20 to enter at 13:00 and a second group of 20 to enter at 13:30.

    • Dependent on our available staff we may need to space your tour group out more substantially if necessary.

    • You must notify us of any additional access requirements at the time of booking.

    • Paid tours can be reserved no later than 2 weeks before the date of your visit.

    • You may edit your reservation free of charge, subject to the above specified limitations.

    • You can pay for your reservation via bank transfer or cheque, however you must notify us if you have paid using either of these methods.

    • Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-tickets attached. You must ensure you display all your e-tickets upon arrival.

    • You must notify us of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.

    • All paid tours are non-refundable.

    Paid Tours cost £10 per person and last approximately 30 minutes.

    They will be delivered by one of our Gallery Interpreters.
