Terms & Conditions
Do you agree to the below terms and conditions?
• Time slots are every 30 minutes during our opening times. There is an absolute maximum capacity of 20 heads per group per time slot.
• If your group exceeds 20, we will spread your visit across multiple time slots e.g. 1 group of 20 to enter at 13:00 and a second group of 20 to enter at 13:30.
• Dependent on our available staff we may need to space your tour group out more substantially if necessary.
• You must notify us of any additional access requirements at the time of booking.
• Paid tours can be reserved no later than 2 weeks before the date of your visit.
• You may edit your reservation free of charge, subject to the above specified limitations.
• You can pay for your reservation via bank transfer or cheque, however you must notify us if you have paid using either of these methods.
• Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with your e-tickets attached. You must ensure you display all your e-tickets upon arrival.
• You must notify us of any cancellations at your earliest convenience.
• All paid tours are non-refundable.
